Job Description:-

• Monitor product and curriculum usage at schools.
• Conduct workshops/demos of the product for trials at prospective schools along with the sales team.
• Train the teachers, monitor their usage performance & provide effective feedback.
• Ensure a high level of Customer Satisfaction through prompt service.
• Monitor the performance of faculty provided and motivate them weekly and monitor performance.
• Weekly reporting to the Implementation Head for your state .
• Can expect 3-4 LPA for CTC.

Candidate Profile:-

• B.Ed or equivalent graduate.
• 0-1 year of prior work experience (Training or curriculum development experience preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
• High level of operational proactiveness.
• Fluent in the local language-Telegu and English.
• Experience handling implementation in schools across Vizag.
• Willing to travel to schools within the state. Role would require out of base city travel – up to 15 days a month.
