Full Job Description

Create and curate content that teaches college graduates how to apply soft skills/generalist knowledge to deliver outcomes at work

Its not far away that companies will automate most rote tasks. Jobs of the future will require candidates to be able to think creatively, apply emotional intelligence and approach work with an entrepreneurial mindset.

But here’s the problem – our education system “programs” us to only use our technical skills or academic knowledge even though the value of just a degree is declining in a competitive job market. This puts the future of millions of graduates in India at risk. Employers now give preference to hiring “smart generalists”. Whether you’re a coder, engineer or accountant – proficiency in 21st century workplace skills like creative problem solving, negotiation, storytelling, emotional intelligence & entrepreneurship is essential. In-fact the World Economic Forum ranks these skills amongst the top ten “must haves”.
