Experience –
Candidates should be having brilliant academic record up to Post Graduation level including B.Ed.
Minimum 15 years of teaching experience in Senior Secondary Classes
5 years in an administrative capacity
5+ years of experience as Principal
Responsibility –
Responsibility of managing the students, staffs and all the activities related to school as per IGCSE and CBSE norms
Delivering excellent quality scholastic and co-scholastic service to the students.
Facilitating in-service workshops to motivate and update the teachers in teaching methodologies and curricula.
Formulating school policies and growth plans.
Overseeing infrastructural maintenance and updating/advising the management for developmental projects.
Communication with school corporate office, IGCSE and CBSE and other stake holders, service providers and vendors in a high-tech environment.
