Responsibilities

Ø Guide students with the overseas education options after understanding their profile and desired course.

Ø Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities such as Country, Course, Universities, program selection, and career planning.

Ø Receive client details and judge the suitability of the candidate for the course of his/her choice and accordingly give guidance.

Ø Analyse the mindset of the students who are interested in abroad education and Motivate and encourage them to take up the course.

Ø Should be comfortable in promoting International study abroad programs to students/parents in a professional manner.

Ø Advise students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation, and preparing students for their studies overseas.

Ø Ensure admission and visa procedures along with accommodation and travelling done within deadlines.

Ø Ensure parent/student leaves with a positive word of mouth which can bring more clients and increase referrals.

Ø Should possess good customer service skills and willingness to assist students and parents with any queries they might have.

Ø Stay updated about the various study abroad programs offered by College/university and use the knowledge to help students.

Ø Maintain a proper database of students counselled and applications sent abroad.

Ø Should have excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and should be confident enough to speak with students and parents.

Ø Responsible for timely reporting to the Manager.

Ø Strategize and participate in business development and marketing activities.

Ø Conduct seminars in colleges about the course and job opportunities in the Design field for the students.

Ø Participate in educational activities to generate Enquiries.

Other Qualifications:

Ø Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience is required

Ø Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.

Ø Should be Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.

Ø Should have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and others from diverse social backgrounds.

Ø Fast learner and passion for sales and Target-oriented.

Ø Must be dynamic, ambitious, and honest.

Ø Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ø Willing to travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
