Job Role:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Private Teachers/Tutors. As a private tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one tuition to students at their place of residence. Your role will involve delivering effective and engaging lessons to help students achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities:

– Conducting personalized tuition sessions with students at their homes.

– Preparing and delivering lessons based on the student’s curriculum and learning objectives.

– Assessing student progress and identifying areas for improvement.

– Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students.

– Developing customized teaching strategies to suit the individual needs of each student.

– Creating a supportive and motivating learning environment.

– Maintaining records of student attendance, performance, and progress.

– Collaborating with parents, school teachers, and the Wizardo Learns team to ensure a holistic approach to the student’s education.

Requirements:

– Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree.

– Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

– Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals.

– Strong subject knowledge and expertise in the relevant academic areas.

– Ability to connect with students and adapt teaching methods to suit their learning styles.

– Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards teaching.

– Strong organizational and time management skills.

– Prior tutoring or teaching experience will be an added advantage.

Working Hours and Compensation:

This is a part-time position requiring a commitment of a few hours in the evening. The exact working hours will be mutually agreed upon between the tutor and the student. As a private tutor with Wizardo Learns, you can earn up to INR 50,000 per month based on the number of students and hours worked.
