Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Customer success Associate to join the Founder’s Office. This role is open to female candidates and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience in HR operations within a fast paced startup environment. You will play a key role in supporting the employee onboarding process and various HR related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees.
• HR Support: Provide support in various HR tasks, including maintaining employee records and coordinating HR activities.
• Communication: Draft and manage business communications and emails with professionalism and clarity.
• Excel Management: Utilize Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis to support HR operations.
• Learning & Development: Quickly learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and systems within the HR function.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Founder’s Office and other departments to support HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 01 year of experience in a business environment, preferably with exposure to HR operations.
• Skills: Proficient in Excel, strong business English communication, and excellent email writing skills.
• Knowledge: Basic knowledge of HR processes is a plus but not mandatory.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Commerce (BCom).
• Soft Skills: Quick learner, positive attitude, strong willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
