We are looking for a business development lead to source recruiters from the education sector to hire WisGen, skilled retired professionals typically over 50 & retired, as into teaching and non teaching roles, via WisdomCircle.
The education thesis at WisdomCircle is simple. There is a vast teacher shortage in India and the world and there is a vast number of WisGen who are motivated to now teach.
The ideal candidate would have experience and some existing networks with the higher education landscape in India & the world; a passion and knack for business development; and appreciate the potential of age-tech as a sector. Besides, of course, someone who is both able to and enjoys work in an early stage startup, with all its ups and down, VUCA-friendly.
