Primary Skill : Azure Devops,Powershell.

• Analyzing the requirements from clients
• Experience in Incident management and CRI handling and problem management
• Experience in Kusto query language and configuring ring alerting
• Experience in PowerShell automation .
• Experience in automation and CiCD Deployment
• Experience Azure configuration management
• Good knowledge on Windows / Networking
• Good knowledge on Azure CLoud and Azure Services like Azure traffic manager, cloudservice , VMSS, Keyvault
• ARM template Deployments
• Powershell scripting expertise Must
• GIT / GIT Bash
• AzureDevops
• Experience on Json, XML files
• Identifying and creating new alerts in the infra.
• Providing DRI on-call support.
• Creating automations based on requirement
• Root cause analysis for high-pri incidents
• Track and report all defects identified in RCA
• Experience in Developer Tools such as Visual Studio,VScode
• Handlining s360 compliance issues .
• Handling configuration changes
• Conducting Review Meetings
• Communicating with clients
• Reporting of bugs to developers so as to fix it
• Summary Reports
• Test Data for test cases
• Lesson Learnt documents (based on high pri incidents)
• Suggestion Documents (to improve software quality)
