Role Responsibilities

• Drive campaigns setup by planning faster execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics
• Create efficient campaign structures , and constantly optimize marketing activities to improve returns.
• Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
• Guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best
• Test new channels and trends for continuous functional upskilling
• Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers
• Manage the day-to-day accountabilities in reference to (Paid & Organic)
• Work with our internal Product, Design, Brand, Legal, Content team for the development of campaign creative and messaging.
• Work with internal teams to implement and own end to end tracking (through to transaction and revenue)
• Main platforms to look at Facebook, Google, Affiliates, Programmatic, Networks

Good to have:

• 4 years of experience in marketing
• Good experience in running digital acquisition campaigns across various platforms, including Google, Facebook, Affiliates, Programmatic
• Proficient with email marketing platforms, managing paid media campaigns
• Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
• Passionate about building and growing brands

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Ability to think big picture while being focused on the details
