The teacher should respect each student as an individual. Students should not be grouped by their thinking style or any other respect good IELTS teachers recognize the uniqueness of each student and use it to help the student maximize their learning.
- Preferably 0.5 – 4 Years of English Teaching Experience
- Excellent proficiency in the English Language in writing and speaking.
- Ability to retain the interest of learners in the class
- Presentable and equipped with student handling skills
- Self-motivated and independent at work
- Preferably computer literate
- The candidate who attended the IELTS exam on or before 2019, with band score of at least 7 will have an advantage
