Job location: BangaloreCTC: approx 40 lakhs (depending on the candidate) + performance bonus
Joining Date: As soon as possibleResponsibilitiesHead the content and copywriting function to consistently deliver creative solutions for adiverse client portfolio
Retain and manage a portfolio of businesses through creative consulting and content-based solutioning
Hire, mentor and maintain the right talent pool for various requirements across copy & content
Lead concepts, and spearhead the writing process with a sharp focus on the brief and communication intent
Oversee ideation to execution with hands-on involvement in every stage of the creative process
Lead new business pitches by developing concepts, content ideas, campaign ideas, and pitch decks
Represent the agency’s creative muscle through building & presenting proactive andmarketing-objectives-based decks to external and internal stakeholders
Required ExperienceMinimum work experience of 15 years, of which the last few should have been in a managerial or leadership position
Experience in conceptualizing, pitching and winning mandates for B2B and B2C campaigns and content
Has worked on and overseen a variety of film and video projects: ad films, corporate films, YouTube content, etc.Sound exposure to film and video production processes and working with a variety of Directors and ProducersStrong exposure to international clients and large corporate brands / accounts
Strong awareness of new-age film and video content trends
Comfortable working in a fast-growth environment
Can work to short deadlines
Hiring, mentoring and managing a team that thrives on creativity and innovation
Qualifications and Other RequirementsPost graduate degree in literature, film, communications or marketing
Excellent people skills
Open-minded and approachable
Excellent client network
Good with spreadsheets and has some exposure to new age CRM tools
Happy to work on the cloud
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
