Role – Full time Job Level – AD/ Director Desired Candidate – . Must have 10 – 12 years of experience in various facets of Learning and development. . Must have been in a senior managerial role. . Must have led a team of trainers and content writers. . Must have an in-depth knowledge of Training & Teaching pedagogy. . Must have run an independent E2E Training project inclusive of content Creation . Must have an in-depth knowledge of collecting TNI , creating tailor made content and creating training ROI tools. . Must have an in-depth knowledge of creating workforce & talent acquisition profiling tools. . Exposure to the international market is a must. . Must have at least a year long experience in the fast paced Ed tech industry in the similar capacity. . Should be able to work with all the stakeholders and curate training programs to suit the business requirements and run the E2E transition. . Should be able to develop a team to cater to the training requirements of the organization. . Exposure to training on quality based TnI is an added advantage , an exposure to setting up the quality funnel for operations. . Exposure to an Ed Tech dealing with the K-12 segment and University level training & development is an added advantage. Desired Qualification- . Graduation in any discipline ( HR or English/Education Hons. is highly preferred ) . Masters or Post graduation in HR/Training/Education.
