Ideal Candidate should be expert in Counselling for admission queries / leads / Data via telecalling, Online Chat Advice students for specific degree program Handling queries over phone, advice students for admission procedures, Converting leads into admissions, Maintain records of leads and conversions, reviewing application materials, and assisting in the admissions decision-making process. Arranging campus tours and conducting information sessions.Maintaining accurate and current knowledge of higher educational, trends, developments, and resources. Must posses excellent active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong planning and people reading skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized. Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support as they make important decisions ELIGIBILITY: * Excellent written and verbal communications. * Must Have cold calling and sales experience. *Target Oriented. * Ready to work as per sales team requirement. *Experience from EdTech and Education Industry would be preferred and also we can consider candidate from Banking/Finance/Travel and Tour/BPO /Aviation/Media Industry.
