Position Overview:

As the Preschool Director at Wheaton Kids, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our preschools opening in various parts of India in April 2024. You will be responsible for developing and implementing systems to monitor and report on the performance of these preschools. Your role will involve close collaboration with school principals and heads, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to deliver an exceptional educational experience. Occasional travel to various locations will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish robust monitoring systems to assess the performance of each preschool, including academic, operational, and administrative aspects.

2. Communication: Maintain regular communication with school principals and heads, serving as the primary point of contact for addressing their concerns and providing guidance on best practices.

3. Report Generation: Generate detailed reports on preschool performance, identifying areas of improvement and proposing actionable solutions to the main management team.

4. Resource Allocation: Collaborate with the main management team to allocate necessary resources, including staff, materials, and equipment, to support the preschools effectively.

5. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to Wheaton Kids’ standards and policies across all preschools, with a focus on maintaining a high-quality educational environment.

6. Training and Development: Identify training needs for preschool staff and assist in organizing training sessions to enhance their skills and capabilities.

7. Problem Solving: Proactively address any challenges or issues that may arise in the day-to-day operations of the preschools.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

– Previous experience in education coordination or management, preferably in the preschool sector.

– Strong organizational and analytical skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

– Knowledge of early childhood education best practices.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Willingness to travel occasionally to various preschool locations within India.
