Visa Counsellor Responsibilities:
We are looking for Female Candidates only.
Candidate should have good computer working skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Mail, etc.
Experienced (in the same field) candidate will be preferred.
Handle the admission applications for the study visa.
To counsel clients about student visa process & requirements of countries like New Zealand, Australia, Canada.
To explain about colleges and different courses.
To explain about college and embassy fee structure.
To convince and retain the customer in an effective manner.
To provide career counseling to students in different fields.
To maintain proper records for all the meetings with the students.
Experience required for the job: 2 years and above in the same field.
Visa Department Head / Visa Manager Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and managing short term tactical and strategic support initiatives to meet the operational and continuity needs of Visa and our customers.
Build relationships with all supported customers and service providers (internal and external).
Develop technical, functional and product-specific expertise and guide junior team members.
Prepare Visa files and Applications for Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom, etc.
Liaising with Universities and Visa Office for Application status of students.
Knowledge about the student visa process.
Lead follow-up and conversion.
Should know about the Documentation for Visa processes.
Collecting complete visa-related documents from the applicant.
Handling client queries over the phone and in meetings & emails.
Measure the overall support effectiveness and quality of work through metrics in order to maintain the standard.
Represent the team in relevant meetings such as process improvement and initiatives meetings.
Review and identify common problem areas that require focus and assign tasks accordingly.
Effective professional verbal and written communication skills along with solid presentation skills.
Pleasing personality.
Excellent team player.
Strong reporting and documentation skills.
Experience required for the job: 2 years and above in the same field.
Annual Salary of the Job: Between 15k to 45k
