Visa Counsellor Responsibilities:

· We are looking for Female Candidates only.

· Candidate should have good computer working skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Mail, etc.

· Experienced (in the same field) candidate will be preferred.

· Handle the admission applications for the study visa.

· To counsel clients about student visa process & requirements of countries like New Zealand, Australia, Canada.

· To explain about colleges and different courses.

· To explain about college and embassy fee structure.

· To convince and retain the customer in an effective manner.

· To provide career counseling to the students in different fields.

· To maintain proper records for all the meetings with the students.

· Check the eligibility criterion and accuracy of the documents as per the respective educational institute requirement.

· Processing the applications on time and update about the decisions/ requirements to the students and the respective branches.

· Follow up with the students for admission and visa and resolving their concerns if any.

· Updating the student and branch staff about the regular updates of the college.

· Provide good customer service to all the students by resolving their queries and guide them on all steps from admission to post-landing services.

· Maintain Student database to ensure proper follow-up for admission and visa stage.

· Taking care of assessments of branches as and when the need arises.

· Oversee all aspects of the Study Abroad & Services, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.

· Attend walk-ins and Handling client interactions, customer queries in terms of the queries related to Study Abroad solutions.

· Provide professional Guidance in Counselling, Admissions, Case study and evaluating the eligibility of the prospect ensuring zero client dissatisfaction.

· Participate in Company Seminars and other events for promotion activities.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Should be a graduate in any stream.

Experience required for the job: 3 years and above as a Study Visa Counsellor.
