1.Managing and executing CSR operations relating to Welspun Group CSR corporate’s vision and mission in the core areas of Health, Women Empowerment, Road Safety, Sustainable Livelihood and Quality Education.

2.Project financial budgeting and tracking of expenses quarterly against the budget allocated for FY.

3treamlining the CSR process and ensuring adherence to the practices and standards.

4. Conceptualizing and implementing community development initiatives.

5. Evaluate, and write concept notes of new programs, renewal of existing programs in line with the CSR strategy and CSR policy.

6. Manage and track programs and ensure effective and timely implementation of CSR programs aligned with sanctioned timelines, outcomes and milestones.

7. Development and integration of employee volunteering initiative.

8. To look after the complete MIS of WEL CSR sites and to develop the MIS tools as per program needs from time to time.

9. Conduct due diligence, documentation and on-boarding of NGOs

10. Conduct periodic program reviews, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment assess outcomes and effectiveness.

11. Ensure governance, compliance and audit readiness.

12. Prepare periodic presentations on program updates

13. Liaising with stakeholders, Gram Panchayat, block and district administration officers for creating the enabling environment for ongoing projects and mobilizing the resources from government facilities through convergence.

14. Development of program SOPs and project intervention protocols for effective project monitoring and quality assurance for better outcomes.

15. Establish smooth harmony with internal and external stakeholders

16. Leverages the fund from the government and likeminded organizations/person

Key Responsibility

Conducting Programs around 3 E’s (Education, Empowerment and Environment & Health) as per the need for WEL (Welspun Enterprise Limited) project sites at Delhi, Mughalsarai, Mohaniya, Sasaram, Nagapattinam Karaikal, AUnta SImaria, Varanasi, Ayodhya, Merrut, Dewas, etc.

Manage project activities in accordance with the project guidelines and targets.

Conduct Baseline Studies/ Needs assessment, Midline and End line as per the requirement Frequent visits to monitor the progress at all the sites where CSR is being carried out.

Preparation of CSR Budget for all the site locations and share with Strategy Team HO Ensure that all activities are carried out well within the budget.

Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual presentations and reports w.r.t. the work undertaken at sites and report monthly to Strategy team HO

Work as an interface between the company’s implementation strategies and communities’ needs for expected outcomes and results

Ensure impactful customer visits for CSR are executed as per the need

Manage and ensure the implementation team on the ground is driven and motivated
