Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process changes

Required Candidate profile
Essential Desired Qualification : Post Graduate/Professional qualification or MBA
Experience : 10+ years experience ,Sales Management, Recruitment & Training Technical / Functional skills:
- Post Graduate/Professional qualification or MBA
- The candidate should have 10 years of overall work experience, ideally within insurance distribution/sales management and/or recruitment and/or sales team training function or similar within other Financial Services.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in working closely with and coaching teams
