Job Title: Lead Curriculum & Content Creator – MERN Stack

Key Responsibilities:

As the Lead Curriculum & Content Creator, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

Curriculum & Content Development:

• Develop and maintain a cutting-edge curriculum for our full stack web development course based on MERN stack
• Collaborate with head of engineering, advisors, directors for content review and updates
• Create various contents for the course (slide-ware, assignments, projects etc..) in alignment with industry needs
• Ensure the curriculum is up-to-date with industry trends and technologies

Course Improvement:

• Analyze data and feedback to monitor and enhance course contents
• Implement improvements based on data-driven insights
• Maintain a keen focus on student performance and outcomes

Student Placements:

• Assist in student placement initiatives, including internships and job placements.
• Provide career counseling and advice to students.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant engineering field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of industry experience as a full stack engineer, having been through the entire SDLC
• Passion for teaching, mentoring and empathy to students and instructors
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional written and oral communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• A commitment to student success and the improvement of course quality.
