Job Title : Tele Sales Specialist
Job Description :
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our products/services.
2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
3. Achieve monthly sales targets by actively promoting and selling company offerings.
4. Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns.
5. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
6. Keeping a record of customer details & feedback in the database.
7. Follow up with potential leads and nurture them through the sales process.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in tele sales or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
4. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. High level of motivation and resilience in a target-driven environment.
8. Good time management and organizational skills.
9. Tech Knowledge will be a plus ( It will help in understanding the product well )
