We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Web Developer Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in web development technologies and a proven ability to impart knowledge effectively. You will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to aspiring web developers, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills to excel in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging training curriculum on various web development topics including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue),back-end development (Node.js, Python, PHP),databases (MySQL, MongoDB),and version control (Git).
• Create and maintain practical training materials, exercises, and projects to enhance learning outcomes.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops to provide practical experience.
• Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies to ensure curriculum relevance.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.

• Proven experience as a web developer with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with trainees.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary of ₹50,000
