Job Title: Female Telecaller
Location: Noida

We
are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our growing
team.
Job Overview: As a Female Telecaller, you will be
responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our services,
and generating sales leads. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects,
provide information about our offerings, and establish a positive rapport to
contribute to the overall sales objectives of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using the
provided contact lists.
Presentation: Clearly and effectively communicate the features and
benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
Generation: Identify and qualify leads to pass on to the sales team
for further development.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships
with customers by addressing their queries and concerns in a professional
and courteous manner.
Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as outlined
by the sales manager.
Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer
interactions, ensuring all relevant details are documented.
and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the sales team and
management regarding customer inquiries, market trends, and competitor
activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is a plus.
Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and
pleasant speaking voice.
Acumen: Basic understanding of sales techniques and a passion for
achieving targets.
Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and
contribute to a positive work environment.
Literacy: Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software.
Skills: Proficiency in languages is an
advantage.
Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred but
not mandatory.
Working Conditions:
- Comfortable
office environment with the necessary tools and technology provided. - May
require extended hours based on business needs.
