Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Lesson Development | K-5 position at Way2Class. As a Lesson Development | K-5 professional, your responsibilities will include developing and designing engaging educational content for K-5 students. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, content writers, reviewers, and designers to create high-quality lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and assessments. Your role will also involve aligning the content with curriculum standards and ensuring its effectiveness in promoting student learning and engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of K-5 curriculum standards and educational pedagogy
• Experience in developing and designing engaging lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and assessments for K-5 students
• Proficiency in using educational tools and technologies for content development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Experience in instructional design and knowledge of different learning styles
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include proficiency in educational software and platforms, knowledge of assessment strategies, familiarity with diverse student populations, and experience in creating differentiated learning materials.
