Responsibilities and Duties

Job Description: Looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in the education field, an ideal candidate would have worked for an overseas education consultancy firm, which recruits students who are looking to study abroad. The main role will be to do online application or admission process for various Universities in USA & Canada. Additionally, the candidate will also be required to maintain a student database, ensure regular follow up on potential leads, assist students with the application process, visa process, documentation, and necessary travel arrangements.

The job will involve significant reading, self-studies, and online research to ensure the most accurate and updated information is shared with students. The job is ideal for those who are passionate about learning the admission process, meeting new people and will suit people who like working in a challenging environment.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Desired Candidate profile

• The Candidate must have pleasant personality & should be approachable & customer friendly
• Have an aptitude for continuous research, learning & knowledge
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills, both written and spoken
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience is mandatory
• Graduate degree from any field
• Ability to counsel students and complete knowledge about online admission procedure for USA and Canada
• Training will be provided at Chennai office – Nungambakkam
• Should have working knowledge of Computers and MS Office
• Should be Internet and Social Media Savvy
• Sales and Marketing skills will be a distinct advantage
• Experience in blogging and online counseling on education portals will be a distinct advantage
• Fresher who are confident and matured enough to handle the responsibility can also apply for the position
