HR Executive-(Training & Development ) Key Requirement & Responsibilities:

> Should be from HR Background,

> taking follow-up from New Joiners, Leavers, etc

>Doing TNI with existing employees over call.

> Should know basic excel to manage data

> Should have at least 3 to 4 years+ exp in HR

> Good Communication Skills

Purpose of Manager- Project Lead role:

As a Manager- Project Lead you will be the driving force behind the success of every key project or program your organization seeks to accomplish. He/she will be coordinating with internal and external resources including functional departments, ensuring projects remain within scope.

As a Manager- Project Lead, you are expected to:

1. As an individual contributor, you will lead, coordinate, variety of training programs in online mode/classroom mode. Acting as Project Lead/OSD on these requirements & getting it delivered effectively.
2. Monthly/Fortnightly connect with CXOs/Business Leads to understand ongoing training/recruitment (TNI) requirements.
3. Measuring Training/Recruitment effectiveness by putting up check points before & after delivery.
4. Training & Recruitment billing/vendor invoices.
5. Extend support & handhold internal training team verticals in various projects.
6. Prepare monthly highlights/interventions data for review, with stakeholders.
7. Coordinating with internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of project.
8. Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.

Relevant Experience is a must.
