Applications are invited from the candidates for the below two posts to work in the Minor Action

Research Project titled “A Study on an Assessment of Social Conditions of Elderly Women in

Ballari Taluk: Role of Social Institutional Responsibility’ sanctioned from the funding agency

Mahatma Gandhi National Council of Rural Education-MGNCRE, Department of Higher

Education, Ministry of Education, Govemment of India. The posts are purely temporary and has an intensive field work in Ballari Taluk.

1. Research Associate: (One Post) a. EssentialQualifications: Post graduate in relevant discipline(55% minimum with NET/M.Phil/Ph.D) b. Duration of Work: 3 Months c. Emoluments: Rs. 20,000/-per month Consolidated. d. Desirables: Knowledge of Quantitative methods, MS Excel, SPSS, Report writing/Articles/ Typing

Computer skills and field work skill

2. Field Investigator: (One Post) a. Essential Qualifications: Post graduate in relevant discipline with minimum 55% b. Duration of Work: 5 Months c. Emoluments: Rs. 15,000/- per month Consolidated. d. Nature of Work: Carying out field work and data collection

The posts are purely temporary and Research Associate Three(3) Months and Field Investigator

Five(5)Months only
