Voice & Accent Trainer – Infinx Healthcare Hiring for Job at Navi Mumbai, Hyderabad Full Time

Hi,

We looking for candidates with minimum 1 year experience working V&A TRAINER for US Healthcare process.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. A stronghold of the language (English) and good knowledge of grammar, pronunciation, spellings, and vocabulary
2. Knowledge of Voice Modulation & Accent Neutralization Training & different aspect of communication skills
3. Deliver training sessions for NHT associates to enhance their communication skills
4. Conduct TNA to identify problem areas and close the gaps
5. Develop action plans for the bottom quartile and ensure that they move up the learning curve by means of Special Coaching.
6. Monitor calls and share feedback on CTQ parameters
7. Conducting Voice and accent trainings for new joiners
8. Develop Soft Skills to enhance the quality of performance
9. Help HR department during Voice Screening process to select the right candidate
10. Providing Support training to the front-line support users in language & soft skills as per standards set by client
11. Responsible for identifying performance gaps in English language & soft skills
12. Develop Content using ID Principles (Instructor Guide, Student Guide, Exercise Book, Presentation & Knowledge Measure)
13. Prepare and deliver tailor made courses as & when required
