Responsible for generating, collecting, reviewing, prioritizing & ensuring delivery of automation ideas in the Global HR remit, while improving the customer loyalty of the requesting HR functions/ teams. 
 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

• Responsible for continuous exploration, impact & feasibility assessment of demands and simplification of processes and services for the scope within a journey.
• Work closely with Senior Service Owner on backlog management and PI planning activities.
• Collects and reviews ideas, external best practices, backlog management, benefit quantification 
• Good understanding and interest towards Agile methodology and SAFE framework, systems, data and automation 
• Drive automation community in exploring scalable opportunities

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

Minimum Graduate degree
Fluent in English
