Job Overview:

An educational counsellor is responsible for helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.

Job Description:

· Provide academic guidance and support to students, including helping them choose courses and majors, developing study skills, and managing their time effectively

· Provide personal counselling and support to students, including helping them cope with stress, anxiety, and other emotional issues that may impact their academic performance.

· Meet with students one-on-one or in groups to discuss academic progress, personal issues, and other concerns.

· Assist students with the college and university admissions process, including helping them with applications, essays, and interviews.

· Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive and positive learning environment for students.

· Develop and implement educational programmes and workshops to help students achieve their academic and personal goals.

· Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in education, counselling, and psychology.

Must Have:

· Bachelor’s degree in BCA ,MCA , B.Tech or related field.

· A relevant postgraduate degree is preferable.

· Relevant work experience in an education setting.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals.

· Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in education and counselling.

· A strong commitment to helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.
