*Roles and Responsibilities-
LEAD GENERATION VIA MARKETING
Generating Fresh Leads through:
– Offline/Outdoor Marketing (BTL activities, Event marketing, Conducting Seminars in School, Colleges etc)
– Online marketing- Social Media Management.
– Organizing various promotional activities to ensure business visibility.
LEAD CONVERSION & SALES TARGET
Compulsory achievement of Sales Targets to ensure business growth and development through:
– Counselling the leads regarding various courses in the VLCC education curriculum to generate admissions.
– Counselling through Tele-calling.
– Counselling the walk-ins.
– Lead follow-up and optimum conversion.
– Handling online and offline enquiries of students and converting them.
INSTITUTE MANAGEMENT & DAILY TASKS
Ensure smooth functioning through:
– Team Management, Coordination and Motivation.
– Ensuring company’s Standards of Operation and monthly Product Audits.
– Ensuring maximum student satisfaction to promote referrals and upgradations.
– Daily and regular class inspections.
– Ensuring zero product wastage and proper functioning by faculties.
– Daily team meetings and subsequent follow ups.
– Daily reporting to business partner regarding sales and operations.
– Maintaining Institute Cleanliness and Discipline.

– Relevant Sales Experience.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Excellent convincing power.

– Good computer skills.
