Documenting all calls on CRM.

Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding their Immigration options

Provide comprehensive information to clients to help them.

Pro-actively monitoring changes to various Immigration regulation.

Briefing various Immigration regulations changes to colleagues in the documentation

Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time.

Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents.
