Candidate must have PG degree with B.Ed.

Curriculum Development: Develop and implement engaging and comprehensive biology lesson plans aligned with the curriculum standards and objectives.

Classroom Instruction: Deliver biology lessons using a variety of teaching strategies and techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.

Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance through regular assessments, exams, projects, and assignments. Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and growth.

Classroom Management: Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active student participation, mutual respect, and discipline.

Laboratory Work: Supervise and conduct laboratory experiments, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and providing guidance to students in performing scientific investigations.

Individualized Support: Provide individualized assistance to students who require extra help, addressing their specific learning needs and challenges.

Technology Integration: Incorporate educational technology tools and resources to enhance biology instruction and engage students in interactive learning experiences.

Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians regarding student progress, achievements, and areas of improvement.

Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of biology education, participate in professional development activities, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices.

Extra-Curricular Activities: Actively participate in school-wide events, science fairs, field trips, and other extracurricular activities related to biology.
