Requirements:

• Strong, first-hand understanding of early childhood education
• Experience in teaching at the pre-primary level or sufficient exposure to preprimary content
• 2-3 years experience in developing learning material for early learners in print and digital formats
• Strong proficiency in English and excellent writing skills

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage educational book and online learning projects
• Ensure that the content meets all publishing standards
• Ensure grammatical and stylistic perfection at every editorial stage
• Visualize drawings and illustrations for various types of text
• Brief, direct and coordinate with artists, designers, typesetters, proofreaders, animators and developers
• Liaise with authors, freelancers and consultants
• Script, direct and present instructional videos
• Organize audio recording sessions with voice actors for multimedia projects
• Implement market feedback innovatively to outdo competition
