Learning and Development is a key focus area of our organisation and requires a proactive and dynamic approach. The candidate must be dedicated and sincere towards her/his work and should always be open to learning new things. The candidate must have in-depth subject matter knowledge, expertise, and experience. Timely and high-quality delivery of goals would be essential and will be a key performance measurement criterion. S/he will manage all aspects of the learning and development department’s responsibilities, primarily design, development, and delivery of training content and materials. You will also be responsible for designing and analysing needs assessments and course evaluations, and responsible for the setup and maintenance of the VisionSpring’s Learning Management System (LMS). To succeed in this role, you must have an impressive, approachable, and committed personality along with a passion for your job. S/he will be based out of Delhi NCR (Noida), India.

• You will be expected to apply your organisational and communication skills while displaying a positive, high-energy attitude.
• You must have outstanding project management skills demonstrated across multiple locations, cultures, and matrixed organisations, strong knowledge of and proven proficiency in adult learning, and a proven ability to create high level training courses that incorporate experiential learning activities to meet the needs and culture of the audience.
• The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in facilitating professional training programs, a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources and learning and how it relates to policies, job descriptions, workforce analytics, retention, and culture, and the ability to teach/ instruct individuals and groups and measure transfer of learning.
• You must have outstanding communication skills in all media, strong organisational and presentation skills, the ability to work in a team environment with a customer service focus, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion.
• The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills with minimal supervision needed, outstanding organisational and time management skills needed to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines effectively, and excellent language skills including reading, grammar, spelling, and vocabulary.
• You should have well-developed and professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of VisionSpring, and knowledge and proficiency in PC applications, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

What You’ll Do

• Designing and developing new training courses for all levels of the organisation, as well as reviewing and/or updating current courses.
• Developing and preparing training materials that include leader’s guide, participant workbooks, and visual aids such as PowerPoint presentations.
• Assisting in identifying training needs / issues and providing innovative training solutions for the organisation.
• Measuring transfer of learning and training impact by creating and implementing multi-level evaluations.
• Facilitating HR related classroom courses to a diverse population.
• Completing special projects on various issues as needed.
• Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for co-workers.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in learning and development is required.
• Experience in managing diverse projects within a matrixed environment, and experience or knowledge of Learning Management Systems are required.
• Experience designing and facilitating virtual learning is required, and experience within a professional services environment is desired.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Organisational Behavior, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, within PAN India.
• Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
• Fluent English speaker. Outstanding writing and grammar skills in the English language.
