1.Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance overall customer experience
Quality assurance monitoring and provide coaching basis feedback analysis and maintain
dashboards representing the same
Ensure compliance to laid down policies, procedures and guidelines
Support the teams to bridge the gaps identified in operations/training
Ensure adherence to quality norms as per client specification
Support the Business 24/7 & Flexible to operate in the night shift.
Analyze team data and provide dashboards and formal reporting mechanisms for the same
Desired Skills:
Excellent in oral and written English communication
Excellent team player
Analytical skills and display maturity
Excellent in MS office – excel, power-point and ability to perform MIS
Exposure to basic call quality tools is preferable
Demonstrated proficiency in multi-tasking and clearly demonstrated passion for ensuring the
success of Google culture of excellence and commitment to quality and customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS : Graduate Mandatory
DESIGNATION : Trainer II
LOCATION : Bangalore
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 3 Plus years
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing day-to-day functional direction to agents within the program
training classroom environment, including student progress monitoring for the duration of
training, providing coaching and developmental feedback and readiness recommendations
- Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills including creative training techniques and
adult/accelerated learning techniques using a variety of training delivery modalities in a
classroom environment
- Prepare and present training materials through classroom learning, hands on
demonstration and supporting activities
- Accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics
- Support and partner with Operations to transition agents from training to production
environment, ensuring competency levels meet the business standards
- Maintain relevant product knowledge for each workflow by processing apps, attending
client and cross functional meetings (as needed) and side by side observations
- Ensure effective, consistent communication with managers, peers, and other resource
groups
- Recommend curriculum modifications to Training Manager/Supervisor on the basis of
internal customer feedback and/or Training Needs Analysis
- Participate and contribute to continuous learning culture by maintaining engagement on
change management, product and services releases, policies, processes, and procedures
Desired Skills:
- Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills (communication skills, critical
thinking, time management, team building, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Sheets & Slides
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines of deliverables
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Sense of professionalism and ability to develop good relationships
- Flexibility to work in a 24X7 environment (night shifts and weekends basis scope)
- Must be flexible to being up skilled on VASS & quality
- Content moderation experience would be an added advantage
- Must have excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Should be able to drive key performance metrics related to Operations via trainings
- Sound knowledge of process
