Are you passionate about teaching and creating a difference in studentslives?

If yes, come join Virohan to work with us as a Medical Facilitator/ Trainer. As a facilitator, you will be required to teach a batch of aspiring paramedics (allied healthcare professionals). If you are passionate about teaching, using our state-of-the-art technology enabled classrooms, you will be able to teach any medical subject.

Roles and responsibilities of a facilitator:

• Conducting the classroom training for a batch of aspiring paramedics (MLT)
• Organizing extra-curricular activities for student’s overall development
• Motivate andmentorstudents as needed
• Collecting student doubts and addressing them

An ideal candidate should have:

• Graduation/Master’s degree from MLT or Microbiology or Biochemistry
• passion for teaching
• zeal to make a difference in the lives of youth
• the ability to work well in a team
• an attitude of ownership towards growth of each student
• a strong customer (student) focus.
