Roles Responsibilities:
- Develop the business plan and execute the sales strategy year on year
- Cost-efficient customer acquisition and ensuring a high volume of daily conversion of admissions
- Collaborate and provide support to other functional teams (viz academics, placement, accounts) to achieve company objectives.
- Providing necessary training to all departments
- Salesforce on product knowledge, customer dealing, and handling
- Academics Team for tracking the progress of facilitators’ students as and when needed
- Work with the placement team to connect students to progressive careers.
- Define, track, and improve key metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and report key findings.
- Generate product ideas, and enhancements to existing products and collate requests from both internal and external requestors
- Undertake market research and be an expert with respect to the competition.
- Analyse internal systems and recommend enhancements to improve productivity.
- Research the market and analyze data to provide insights and determine future trends in sales
- Devise long-term development strategies for the center
- Manage the budget and revenue for the category
- Ensure the best classroom experience for the students with 100% student feedback closure.
- Success would mean achieving 100% revenue targets for the center, ensuring student attendance is more than 90%, student dropout is less than 7% and placement rate is more than 80%.
An ideal candidate should have:
- Should have 6+ years of relevant experience in sales and operations
- Should have been involved in the profitability of the category of any business line
- Solid knowledge of pL, business development principles
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Must be able to lead by example keeping in line with the Virohan values and culture
- Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up
- Education market knowledge is an added advantage
