Key role in planning and strengthening the school career exploration program at VIOSA:
Helping coordinate and supervise psychometric assessments and aptitude testing for school students.
Helping students use information gained through aptitude & psychometric testing and self-awareness exercises to choose subjects for Grades from 8 to 12 std, Graduation & Higher Education
Helping students create individualized future plans for themselves
Having one on one, small group and large group counselling sessions with students & parents to help them understand themselves, motivate them and create realistic and best-fit plans for themselves
Profile of the Ideal Candidate:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to converse in the local language for a better connection with students
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others
Listening to students’ academic, emotional, social, and behavioral concerns in an open and non-judgmental way
Working directly with students & parents to develop solutions and set achievable goals
Providing smooth functioning of career assessment to assist with career development
Providing students with materials related to a career of their choice or career counseling to suit their skills
Developing, monitoring, and assisting with counseling programs
Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in counseling
Minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, preferably in an educational field
Support business development through participation in requirements understanding meetings and developing proposals
Build working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Purpose of the Role
To guide students towards their aspirational employment by providing all students with the correct information about our training programs and delivering the modules to them.

-Provide training in different institutes.
– Understanding the teaching modules of VIOSA and successfully delivering them to the students.

English proficiency both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to lead and coach a group of students and build a strong community.
