Role & Responsibilities:

Design and conduct engaging training programs focused on soft skills enhancement for corporate clients and individuals.
Customize training modules to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences.
Providing Training on Spoken English and Personality Development.
Mentoring the students/candidates through English Communication, Grammar, Resume Writing and Personality Development.
Based on learning and supporting them.
We will be offering comprehensive training sessions, encompassing both household and corporate settings, tailored to our esteemed clients’ needs, focusing on enhancing soft skills and grooming.
Conducting training for freshers & experienced resources
Developing, understanding and implementing different methods of measuring the effectiveness of training programs
Design and conduct engaging training programs focused on soft skills enhancement for corporate clients and individuals.
Customize training modules to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences.
Deliver sessions on communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, emotional intelligence, and other relevant soft skills.
Employ various instructional techniques and methodologies to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Assess training effectiveness and adjust content and delivery methods as necessary.
Collaborate with the HR and management teams to identify training needs and develop strategies for skills improvement.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and incorporate them into the programs.
