ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and implement school policies. Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching and learning. Provide guidance and counselling to teachers. Interview and hire school staff. Organize school events, workshops, and guest lectures. Attend conferences to gain knowledge on current educational trends. Handle emergencies and school crises. Present data from school performance to board members. Should handle 2 to 3 classes of their subject. Set learning goals for students and teachers based on CBSE/Cambridge curricula. Monitor and report on teacher performance. Manage school logistics and budgets. Oversee day-to-day school operations.
