Responsibilities:

• Proofreading and interpreting the genetic predisposition test reports of the customers.
• Analyze the changes in the pattern of genetic risks of the customers from their genetic predisposition test reports and summarize the findings.

• Helping and guiding the customers to take timely decisions according to the health parameters.
• Preparing Lifestyle modification recommendations as per the genetic predisposition tests; metabolic findings and present health condition(s) of the customer.
• Advising/Counselling the customers, the best suited personalised and scientific solutions to live a healthy life.
• Conducting awareness programs for the customers related with the products and services.
• Building and maintaining strong and effective working relationships with various departments of the company especially with its sales force.

Requirements:

• Masters Degree in Genetics / Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology with atleast 1 year work experience or Bachelors degree in relevant field with 3 years of work experience
• Proficiency in speaking multiple Indian languages.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to network effectively, work in teams and influence decisions.
• Ability to plan, manage and deliver results.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
