Roles and Responsibilities

1)Sr. Counselors: with minimum 3-4 Years of experience as Sr. Counselors and have proven track record in converting prospects to admissions.

Cold calling, generating referrals,3-4 levels of follow up and closing prospective admission. Good with MS office. Can keep a track of all prospects. Very good communication skills.Willing to work during weekends.

Have sound knowledge of the products and programs they counsel for. Understand the needs of the individual seeking admissions. Can suggest alternative programs. Has educational qualifications to match his/her understanding of the programs but not necessary.

High energy levels and a positive go getter attitude. Work independently under minimal supervision. Can guide young counsellors. Pleasing personality. Show maturity in dealing with varied sections of prospective admission seekers. Open to feedback. Understands the importance of working as a team.

2)Counsellors with 0-3 years of experience who are looking to prove a point and want to grow with the organization and lead in the near future. Open to learning and able to take mistakes in their stride and improve. Never give up attitude. Open to feedback.

Have some basic knowledge of the industry and courses.

Good communication skills. Worked/willingness to work on weekends.

.Salary would not be a constraint for the right candidate.
