- Counsel students on Vidyalankar’s course offering and convert inquiries to enrolments
- Responsible for college and school tie-ups for lead generation
- Conducting seminars and test at school or colleges
- Lead Generation through BTL events for courses offered
- Lead Conversion or counseling
- Counselor training and Team management
- Managing smooth operations at center
- Activities after enrolment Arrears checking, To ensure 0 arrears
- Ensure healthy growth in enrolments
- Suggest new and innovative ways to increase enrolment
