Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Drive identified initiatives in the zone to achieve the overall sales objectives
• Identify the critical/burning issues of the zone affecting sales & take remedial action/ escalate wherever needed
• Continuously identify gaps in the regular working of Centre managers, Team leaders and counsellors at respective centres, marketing Executives & sales support staff and remedy the situation without allowing it to damage the business
• Identify and develop relationships with regional schools to attract potential students.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and events in schools to promote Vidyalankar.
• Ensure timely recruitment and retention of right quality people
• Have regular interaction with HO and centre staff
• Make annual and quarterly plan for market development activities in alignment with marketing team & present to BOD.

Requirements:

Knowledge

• Candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in similar role i.e., sales and business development.
• Candidate should have scored at least 60% in the 10thstd. board exams
• Should have previous experience of managing a sales & operations team
• Educational company/EdTech experience is preferred.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills
• The candidate should be well versed with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Candidate should have exceptional ability to close sales leads
• Ability to present to students in webinars, events etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
