Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute plans to achieve weekly and monthly team sales targets
  • Identify, plan and execute BTL sales activities like college seminars, college posters etc.
  • Build the sales commission model with colleges, faculty and coaching centres
  • Monitor call number and quality of the sales team daily
  • Create weekly call, sales reports, send to the Manager
  • Recruit and train new sales team members
  • Close difficult sales cases which team members are unable to close
  • Delegate and monitor sales tasks to team members as needed
  • Ensure that each team member is motivated
  • Take seminar / webinars as and when needed
  • Give input to the marketing team on what collaterals could help close sales faster
  • Stay informed about product updates and relay information to the team

Knowledge:

  • Experience in working with Microsoft excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Proficiency with LeadSquared
  • Knowledge of key metrics to track.

Skills:

  • Ability to close leads in a time-bound manner
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to ensure team members work well with each other
  • Strong communication skills in hindi / marathi / english

KRAs:

  • Generate total revenue of 400000 per counsellor per month
  • Conduct minimum 7 seminars in colleges per city per month
  • Partner with 10 coaching classes / people for commission-based model per month per counsellor
  • Achieve average sales closing time of 7 days
  • Ensure average lead conversion rate of 7% per person per month

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
