Brilliant B.Tech / M.Tech in CSE, ECE, EE, EEE, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil and Biotechnology pass outs or to be pass outs of 2024 batch, looking for a bright and assured career growth in engineering colleges and university of Gandhi group in the line of Teaching / Research / Administration (as per their ability and aptitude) are being sought for.

Teaching Cadres:

Candidates who have good communication skills will be appointed as Lecturer and promoted to Asst. Professor -> Asso. Professor, HOD -> Professor -> Sr. Professor, Dean -> Vice Chancellor.

Research Cadres:

Candidates having aptitude for research and innovation shall be appointed as JRF and will be promoted to SRF -> Asst. Professor (Research) -> Asso. Professor (Research) -> Professor (Research) -> Sr. Professor (Research) -> Dean (Research) -> Vice Chancellor.

Administrative Cadres:

Candidates who show aptitude for administrative posts shall be appointed as Administrative Officers and will be trained to manage Operation, Facilities, Placement, HR and Welfare Administration.

Successful administrative officers shall be getting promotion as Deputy Manager -> Manager -> DGM -> GM -> Registrar -> Director Administration -> Vice Chancellor.

Preferred candidate profile

• He / She Should have B. Tech or M.Tech. in CSE / ECE / EE / EEE / MECHANICAL / CHEMICAL / CIVIL / BIOTECH
• Selected candidates shall be allowed to study M.Tech /Ph.D. /Post-Doctoral in the institutions free of any fees.
