– Collaborate with the IB Team, ensuring best practice as a professional learning community and provides purposeful leadership of university guidance.

– Analyze and evaluate, with the IB Team, student performance data and take appropriate action in support of effective university guidance.

– Ensure that students have an active and engaged role in developing their university choices.

– Provide comprehensive support for students through personal interviews; guidance through the college selection process; and thorough preparation for the application process (including the personal or college essay).

– Be available to support students and families with guidance following the publication of IB results.

– Ensure every teacher and administrator is familiar with, and adheres to, expectations for good practice in the university admissions practice.
