Job Title: Vice Principal

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Vice Principal to support the Principal in the overall administration and academic management of the school. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a commitment to maintaining high academic standards and fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal in the day-to-day management and administration of the school.
- Monitor and improve academic performance and teaching quality.
- Supervise teachers and support staff, providing guidance and professional development.
- Ensure effective implementation of school policies, procedures, and curriculum.
- Coordinate examinations, student assessments, and academic activities.
- Maintain discipline and promote a safe, positive school environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
- Support admissions, school events, and extracurricular programs.
- Prepare reports and maintain school records as required.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Education or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role such as Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, Head of Department, or Senior Teacher.
- Strong leadership, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and school management systems is preferred.

Salary
₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month
