About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Vice Principal to join our academic leadership team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working in CBSE schools, excellent academic administration skills, and the ability to lead teachers, students, and school operations effectively. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining academic excellence, discipline, and overall school development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Principal in managing overall school operations and administration
- Ensure smooth implementation of CBSE curriculum and academic policies
- Monitor teaching standards, lesson planning, and classroom management
- Guide and mentor teachers for academic improvement and professional development
- Handle student discipline, parent interactions, and conflict resolution
- Conduct regular academic reviews, audits, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate school events, examinations, and extracurricular activities
- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and school policies
- Drive student engagement, learning outcomes, and overall school growth
Candidate Requirements
- Master’s Degree along with B.Ed./M.Ed. mandatory
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in the education sector
- Mandatory experience in CBSE schools only
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role such as Academic Coordinator, Headmistress/Headmaster, or Vice Principal
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum, policies, and academic operations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Ability to manage academic and administrative responsibilities efficiently
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
