Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Vice Principal role located in Betul, Madhya Pradesh. The Vice Principal will oversee the day-to-day academic and administrative operations of the school, ensuring adherence to CBSE standards and maintaining a vibrant and positive learning atmosphere. Responsibilities include curriculum implementation, teacher supervision, staff mentoring, student discipline management, and communication with parents. The Vice Principal will also collaborate with the Principal to drive school goals, manage resources, and support teacher professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Experience in curriculum management, academic supervision, and staff training
• Ability to handle student discipline and develop positive relationships with parents and the community
• Proficiency with digital education tools and smart classroom technologies
• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Education or related field; additional certifications in school management are a plus
